Chan Ascher Architecture is an architecture and interior design firm specializing in renovation and new construction of commercial, residential, and hospitality environments. We create environmentally and contextually responsive contemporary working and living spaces for our clients by working with sustainable technologies, innovative building methods, and design that engages with place, community, and environment. Our partnership began in 2018 with over two decades of experience in the architecture and design industry. We work with businesses, nonprofit organizations, hospitality companies, homeowners, and other clients on projects of all scales from storefront signage to office fit-outs.

Our company holds MWBE certification from New York City and MBE / WBE certifications from New York State.

 
 

yenna chan

Yenna’s specializations include residential design, office interiors, and wayfinding, with previous work in commercial and education design. She guides research for the office on sustainability, environment, and community and architectural history. Yenna is licensed to practice architecture in New York state and Massachusetts and holds an architecture degree from Cornell University as well as graduate degrees from Harvard School of Design and Bard Graduate Center. She also teaches design research at Parsons School of Design.

benjamin ascher

Ben manages a wide range of projects including hospitality design, environmental graphics, renovations and new construction, as well as specialty commercial interiors throughout the New York area and New England. His technical expertise is grounded in his prior experience designing research laboratories and pharmaceutical office interiors. Licensed to practice architecture in New York and other states throughout the northeast, he is also a LEED AP. Ben is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Architecture.
